I hope all fat people can free themselves from the Matrix and then stop the machine army (processed foods) with kung fu (healthy eating) and also stop Mr. Smith (self doubt) through positive support networks (kung fu).

Now for your gorgeous kitty, Ragdolls originated in California when a woman named Ann Baker, a Persian breeder in California ended up crossing her persian with a Birman/Burmese type cat, so I do believe you have a Ragdoll....the neatest breed of cat on the planet...you lucky girl..LOL

You are so welcome-Thank you too-The people I love to work with the most are the ones wanting to lose weight and your talks are really helping me to understand their side which will help me to help them. I wish you would write a book, my stepson AND best friends son have had gastric bypass this last year and I think one is struggling with what you talk about here:0) and a book would be so handy to hand out..lol Thanks again!

Thank you for the compliment! We got the cat from the ASPCA and think she is a Birman/Persian mix but we're not sure. She is beautiful and soft though! Great job at teaching group fitness. That takes a special person as well. God bless you in all you do!

Gorgeous cat! It's a ragdoll right? We just bought our first one and he is the same coloring. Good luck I'm sure you'll succeed in whatever you do. You really do have a knack for putting things into words easy to understand. I have taught group fitness classes for over 20 years and I do believe you may have helped me understand something here-thank you!

I've heard a million times... don't eat processed foods, don't eat refined sugars... but I can't find the list of the "what is not processed, what is not considered refine". Organic for everything? Is organic realistic for someone these days?
