I did great but skipped the salt water flush a few of the days cause it was just nasty. I gained back only 2 of those and I'm starting again today. It'll make you feel great and get rid of the food cravings.... But SHOPPING!!! It doesn't rid you of that! Thanks the Gods I love shopping!!!
