Paula, I'd love to interview Dean for my documentary if you may fill him in on that. Does he do weekly shows at MNN?

Some people are more cruel than others. Interestingly it often has to do with trading fairness for status, where status would be success and fairness would be losing. Unfortunately fairness is needed to be logical or smart, creative, or inventive. i personally ended up being a drop out because of this phenomenon. To important people i am riff raff. It is an odd thing to accept.

Classically what happens in life is that creatures struggle against the elements to maintain the integrity of body and place to live. As things complex then this changes into survival by social preditations, with "crimes" against truth and life in a normalized and formalized way. Hence the insipid progression of "justice".

fascinating interview, Paula! So many deep insights! about cruel Uk and Roma. I am from UK. and yes i agree. but remember also jamaica and its vicious homophobia, certain islamic systems that will chop hands off, stone women. it is more the patriarchal roots of cruelty, yes? I love how you talk about keeping neighbour in abundance! :-) YES. This means Permaculture. this means becoming more independent

cont: You or Dean (who i love!)--said hoiw people will virtually do any old thang to keep food ON THE TABLE. the survival instinct right. the power weilders manipulate this (Pavlov!) SO, we NEED food. yes. food and health IS abundance. So we need to begin building this community. it HAS to begin by ...knowing this; then sharing this. then it has to sink in. then action, and learning...
