Description: After Time Machine has been enabled and has begun backing up system, you can easily retrieve older files by clicking on the Time Machine icon in the dock. Your desktop drops away and is replaced by a series of windows that recede against a starry background. Each window represents a backup, and you can navigate between them using the arrows to the right of the windows or the timeline that runs along the right side of your screen. When you're done, just click cancel on the left side of the screen and your system reverts to normal. |
